We’ve also created a Family Care Guide to help make the process of becoming a parent a little easier. The guide contains a number of resources including a pre-registration form you’ll need to fill out and return to the hospital several weeks before your baby is due.

You can also read up on how to take care of mom and baby, as well as suggested items to bring to the hospital and recommended comfort measures to help you cope with labor. Be sure you bring your Family Care Guide with you when you come to the hospital.

If you don’t get a copy of the Family Care Guide when you’re about 20 to 24 weeks into your pregnancy, ask your doctor or midwife for a copy.
