Labor and Delivery

With our private birthing rooms, mothers can remain in the same room through their labor, delivery and immediate recovery.

The 12 birthing rooms have private whirlpool tubs and showers. If a cesarean delivery is needed, the Birth Center has two fully equipped surgical suites.

Anesthesiology service is available in the Family Birth Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

An added measure of safety is provided by our in-house OB Hospitalist. An Obstetrician is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if needed.

If the expecting mother needs to be under medical care before the baby is due, our 7 bed antepartum unit is available to help make her stay as comfortable as possible.
