Career Exploration Program
Life is different when you make a difference.

The Career Exploration Program is a unique program coordinated at Salem Hospital and West Valley Hospital, located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

The program is designed to give students from middle school through professional education the opportunity to investigate, explore, and spend time experiencing the world of healthcare.

Participants gain real-world application and interaction experience in the hospital, as well as the opportunity to speak with healthcare professionals as they explore career options.

Our vision is that you will discover and learn about the exciting careers available in healthcare, and accept our challenge to make a difference by becoming healthcare professionals.
