This department provides effective and efficient programs to keep all of Salem Hospital facilities and equipment in first-rate condition as well as, construct and renovate existing facilities to meet the hospital’s needs and align with the organization’s strategic plan.
Scope of Patient Care
The Facilities Management department provides for coordination of capital investment projects, as well as planning and execution of operational construction projects.
