This department provides in-home care to patients and families within six counties. 

Scope of Patient Care
Home Care services are licensed, Medicare-certified, skilled, and physician ordered.

Department Duties

• Services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, medical social services, home health aide, homemaker, and phlebotomy services. 
• All services are provided in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, community, and other healthcare providers.

Educational/Skill Requirements

• Oregon State Patient Care Licensures
