Laboratory Services

This department provides quality lab services continuously for inpatients, outpatients and community outreach patients.

Scope of Patient Care
Laboratory Services are responsible for routine and stat blood specimen collections, arterial blood gas specimen collections, and routine and stat lab testing. 

Department Duties

  • Services Include:  Surgical Pathology, Cytopathology, Blood Bank and Transfusion service, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Coagulation, Immunology and Phlebotomy
  • Provide oversight of to Point-of-Care testing performed at the patient’s location.
