Scope of Patient Care
Medical Surgical Nursing Services provide individualized quality care to acutely ill or injured adults.

Department Duties

• Provide direct patient assessment and review of patient data.
• Assign appropriate resources to intervene and/or collaborate with other disciplines.

• Nursing Units:
• 6 Northwest:  Orthopedic Surgery Unit
• 6 Northeast:  Neurology/Neurosurgery Unit
• 6 South:        General Medical Unit
• 5 North:        General Surgery Unit
• 5 South:        Oncology/Nephrology Unit
