Complete a minimum of 3 online virtual hospital tours |

Complete and submit Volunteer Service Learner online application |

Print off form packet |

Volunteer Services will email you within two business days to confirm receipt of your application and to establish an interview time with you |

Attend interview and establish a plan for future placements |
8 |
If 18 or older, complete and clear national criminal background check |
9 |
Complete hospital orientation |
