Courier services are available during regular business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Salem Health Laboratories couriers provide transportation of specimens to our testing laboratory and a dispatcher is in constant contact with our couriers via mobile phones.

After hours transportation and taxi service is the responsibility of the patient or client.

Collection supplies used for testing sent toSalem Health Laboratories, or its reference laboratories, will be furnished at no charge.

Order forms and supplies are available through Courier Services. You may also send your request for supplies using the Online Supply Request Form.

Federal regulations prohibit clinical laboratories from furnishing additional supplies.

All supplies used within the office practice, or required for specimens sent to other laboratories, must be purchased from a medical supply vendor or provided by the other testing laboratory.
