Salem Hospital Regional Laboratory Services Provides Specimen Collection
For Outpatients At The Following locations. Please click below for further

Center For Outpatient Medicine
875 Oak Street |
Located on the first floor of the
Salem Hospital Center for Outpatient Medicine. Free parking is available
in the visitor parking structure.
Hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Specimen collection includes venous and capillary blood draws, bone
marrow, tolerance tests ABG'S, fine needle aspirations, urine collection,
throat cultures and tolerance tests.

Located in the Willamette Orthopedic Group Patient Service Center.
Hours of operation
Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Specimen collection includes venous and capillary blood draws, urine collection, throat cultures, and electrocardiograms.
