These interactive classes prepare you and your support person(s) for the labor and birth process, and how to take care of your newborn. Choices for Health
Ten-week program designed to help manage weight and experience the benefits of activity. Registered dietitians cover healthful eating, grocery shopping and more. Exercise is part of class time.
