In Search of the Good Life
We all have an idea, or maybe a vision, of the proverbial Good Life. We might not all share the same dream, but most of us would agree on a few of the essentials. We think one of the things that would show up on everybody’s list would be health and wellness. And without going out on a limb (metaphorically speaking), we would venture to say another essential would be community.

The question is, how do we get there, and how do we maintain it once we have it? That’s where we, the Salem Hospital Foundation, come in. Our goal is to improve the health and well-being in our community. And we think we can do it with programs that fully benefit the wellness of everyone in our community. It could be as simple as learning to eat healthier foods, or having access to medical information that helps avoid health problems well before treatment is needed. That’s our vision of the Good Life—a balance of family, health, community and joy. And with your support, it can happen right here, in our community.
