Diabetes Education Classes

Being told you have a chronic disease like diabetes can be challenging but learning self-managment skills can make the difference in your ability to control this disease and live well.

This four-day class covers nutrition, acute and chronic complications, blood sugar testing, diabetes medications, exercise and other topics.

Class instructors include a nurse educator, physicians, dietitian and pharmacist. A support person is welcome to attend with you free of charge. Pre-registration is required.
