Your child and family may begin this year with a positive beginning to a healthy lifestyle and weight. With Salem Hospital’s Committed to Kids, children ages seven to 18 will experience a nationally successful, multi-disciplinary approach to weight management.
The CTK series includes nutrition classes, an exercise program designed specifically for overweight children, lifestyle change tools, and individualized meal planning in an upbeat and supportive group setting.
