In order to make your child’s stay as safe as possible, please remember the following:

• Identify yourself to the nursing staff when you arrive.
• Ask for help with equipment if you need it.
• Assistance with completely placing the crib or bed side rails up when leaving your child’s room. 

Also, check staff for identification if you have concerns about whether someone works for the hospital.
