Trouble falling asleep

This is normal and temporary problem. Try wearing the mask alone for brief times during the day; this may help you get accustomed to how it feels.

Use the ramp feature (see difficulty with forced air) on your device also.

Practice good sleep habits, see section on Sleep Hygiene. Exercise regularly; avoid caffeine and alcohol before bedtime. Wait to go to bed until you are tired.
