Women’s Health Program

Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program
This program helps low-income, uninsured, and underserved women gain access to lifesaving screening programs for early detection of breast and cervical cancers. To see if you qualify, call 1-877-255-7070.
American Cancer Society
Cancer Resource Center at Salem Hospital
The CRC is staffed with ACS volunteers to help you find cancer education materials. Free wigs, hats, scarves and prosthetics are available. Donations of these items are accepted. For more information call 503-561-6790.
“Look Good…Feel Better”
A program to help women cope with appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.
Trained volunteer cosmetologists teach women how to cope with skin changes and hair loss using cosmetics and skin care products donated by the cosmetic industry.
Women also learn ways to disguise hair loss with wigs, scarves and other accessories. Held monthly at Salem Hospital, Building C, 875 Oak St. SE. To register, call 503-561-6790.
