Dental insurance takes care of your smile with any provider, featuring 100% coverage of preventative care and available orthodontia insurance.
Vision plan includes a wide network, discounts on additional purchases or services over the coverage limits, and discounts on Lasik or PRK surgery.

Employee wellness opportunities
We offer low-price memberships to the Employee Fitness Center (World Gym in Dallas for West Valley Hospital employees), access to Health Risk Appraisals and other health information, and opportunities to join wellness programs including Weight Watchers, Choices for Health, Pilates classes, and more.
Short-term and long-term disability plans
The Hospitals provide insurance for both short-term and long-term disability coverage. These plans offer partial income protection in the event of a serious illness or disability.
Basic and supplemental life insurance
Hospital-paid basic life insurance, including accidental death and disability insurance, is provided for regularly scheduled full-time employees. Supplemental life insurance for your self, spouse, or dependents is also available.
Employee assistance program
A confidential counseling service is available for employees and their immediate families. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers support and information on a variety of topics, such as family or marital counseling, stress management, grieving a loss, and financial concerns.
