Diabetes Education Classes
This four-class series covers how to monitor your blood sugar, recognize and control the symptoms of high and low blood sugar, manage your medications, plan healthy meals, reduce the risk of diabetes complications and more.
Classes are taught by experienced diabetes educators including nurses and dietitians. Class enrollment includes four classes and two individual appointments, one with the nurse and one with the dietitian.
Daytime Classes
9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
One week (4 classes)
Monday through Thursday
Evening Classes
6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Two weeks in a row (4 classes)
Mondays and Wednesdays
