The symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to the symptoms of regular human flu:

• Fever (usually high)
• Cough
• Body aches and/or headache
• Sore throat
• Diarrhea and vomiting
• Tiredness (can be extreme)
• Runny or stuffy nose
