Our professional team of nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides provide care, in the comfort of your home, for patients and families in a six-county area.

Last year Home Care staff provided more than 50,000 visits to people in our community. Our licensed service area includes Marion, Polk, Linn and parts of Benton, Yamhill and Clackamas counties.
