Wheelchair transport service

The hospital’s wheelchair transport service is available Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You may pull up in the Oak Street SE turnaround to ask for help. To ask for a wheelchair transport before arriving at the hospital, call Guest Services at 503-814-1100.

Wheelchair accessible parking

Wheelchair accessible parking is located in all parking lots (Buildings A, B, C, and the visitor structure), on all levels, at the closest accessible route to the adjacent building entrance.

Building B lot (Winter Street hospital) is reserved for physicians, but drivers with disabled parking placards may also park in designated spaces on the north end of the building.

To borrow a wheelchair

Wheelchairs are at the front desk of any hospital building, and the hospital provides a wheelchair transport service that picks up patients from the drop-off area. Call Guest Services at 503-814-1100.

Wheelchairs are also available in the parking area under Building C and in the elevator vestibules in parking area under Building A.

If I have a problem or lose a ticket?

If you're at the gate ready to leave, just push the intercom button and a parking attendant will help you.
