Patient parking

Park under Building A or in the parking garage.

The basement lot under Building A is open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The main entrances are from Capitol Street SE and Oak Street SE.

It looks like you’re entering the Emergency Department lot—that’s okay! The ED lot gates will open automatically when you pull up.

Just follow the signs and proceed down the ramp to park. At the underground gate, you’ll push a button to get a yellow parking ticket, using our new Express Park system.

Designated wheelchair-accessible parking is located right next to the entrance elevators. You can also enter from Winter Street SE.

To reach Building B from the basement under Building A, take the Building B and C elevator to the second floor of Building A and follow the signs to take “Skybridge A-B.” You will arrive on the third-floor lobby of Building B.

If I have a problem or lose a ticket?

If you're at the gate ready to leave, just push the intercom button and a parking attendant will help you.

You will not have a problem leaving!
