Sleep Center Referrals

If you suspect you have a sleep disorder ask your primary care provider for a referral to the Salem Hospital Sleep Disorders Center. 

Upon receipt of your referral, we will contact you to set-up an appointment for an evaluation provided by one of our Center's Physician Sleep Specialists. 

The Sleep Specialist will determine the best plan of care for you. This may include diagnostic testing (all night sleep testing or a daytime "nap" study), medication or referral to another specialist to explore other treatment options.
