Soical Services

Staff from the Social Service Department assist families and patients in a number of ways, including helping patients find the most appropriate place for them once they leave the hospital, educating patients about various community resources and working with various agencies to coordinate services for patients and families.

Interpreter services and the Lifeline Program are also coordinated by Social Services.
