Ball Bouncing Mamas!
This class is designed especially for expectant and new mothers. You’ll learn how to strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, and reduce strain on your back and spine.
Therapeutic exercise balls will be provided for use during class. Babies not yet crawling may attend. Please bring a note from your healthcare provider stating that it is okay to participate in this class.

- Dates: Thursdays, July 2-23, Sept. 3-24, Nov. 5-Dec. 3 (no class on Thanksgiving, 11/26)
